Product Lead Time

Some items may be in stock and available to ship immediately. For preorder items please allow 6-8 weeks for production. As soon as the item is ready for shipment, we will notify you. To confirm lead time on a particular item, please contact our customer service team shop@issefinejewelry.com

Domestic Shipping

All orders from issefinejewelry.com require a direct signature upon delivery. We will request the id of the authorized person to receive the order. Likewise, a photo will be taken of the authorized person and the id. Orders are send within 2-3 business days in lima metropolitana. Delivery hours are from monday until friday between 10 am and 7 pm. We use our own delivery service to guarantee security. Orders outside lima will be send via dhl within 8-10 business days and delivery fee will be assumed by customer.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on all countries except for a few.

Orders are shipped by dhl or fedex, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-8 business days for shipment. We do not ship on saturdays, sundays or on national holidays.

Total costs for shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are based upon the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible of shipment delays.

Complimentary Services

The following complimentary services will be offered, free of charge, for purchases on issefinejewelry.com or through customer service. All packages are delivered in isse special packaging. You can also include a gift message in the order notes at checkout. We ask that you kindly keep your message to 50 characters max.

Payments

We accept payment online by visa, mastercard, american express, diners and paypal. Bank wire is also accepted. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece.

Please note we can only accept one form of payment. Payments cannot be split across multiple credit cards.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on all orders in peru at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of peru are not liable for sales tax.

Jewelry Care

Fine jewelry is delicate and with care and attention, your isse will be as extraordinary tomorrow as it is today. Please follow these instructions:
- Take off your jewelry when washing your hands, showering, applying lotion, perfume, etc.
- Avoid wearing jewelry at the gym, the beach, swimming in the pool, or during any active sports. These activities could cause irreparable dents, scratches, or loosen diamonds.
- To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the metal and diamonds. We do not suggest an ultrasonic cleaner.
- Do not clean any semi-precious gemstones or pearls with chemicals, abrasives, or solvents.
- Enamel is fragile and may chip or scratch when struck. Although enamel is highly resistant to color-fading caused by the sun and uv, the color can alter or fade over time if exposed to chemicals and cosmetics.

Materials Used

Our jewelry is made of 18k gold and our gemstones, both precious and semi-precious pass through an optimal selection process to create the expected piece.

Our diamond suppliers guarantee that our diamonds are compliant with the kimberley process and are conflict-free.

Repairs

Due to the delicate handmade craftsmanship, our jewels are guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery, within peru. Isse fine jewelry will repair any breakage cause by manufacturer defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

If you need a repair please contact our customer service team shop@issefinejewelry.com, isse fine jewelry will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, in peru. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the jewel must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging and must show the sales invoice. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted. Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.
