What is your Return Policy?

We offer exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date within peru. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the jewel must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging and must show the sales invoice. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted. Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

When will my item Ship?

For domestic orders (Lima metropolitana) please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship and orders to other areas of peru will be sent through dhl in up to 10 business days and the charges by this assumed by the customer. For international orders please allow up to 3 business days for processing and up to 8 business days for shipment. We do not ship on saturdays, sundays or on national holidays.

Can I make change to my order once it's Placed?

All orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Although, if you need to make a change to shipping address before your order is fulfilled, please email our customer service team shop@issefinejewelry.com with the subject “address change” and your order number.

How long does it take for a Custom Order to Ship?

Custom orders have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. As soon as the piece is ready, we will notify you and proceed with the shipment.

Do I need to sign for My Package?

All orders from issefinejewelry.com require a direct signature upon delivery.

Do you Ship Internationally?

We offer international shipping on all countries except for a few. Total costs for shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are based upon the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.

How do I request a Repair?

We can only accept repairs for items purchased in isse fine jewelry. We do not repair items from other jewelry stores. To request repair information please contact our custom service team shop@issefinejewelry.com

How much does a Repair Cost?

Pricing for repairs vary depending on severity of damage. We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 90 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 90 days or deemed caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.

What if my item Arrived Damaged?

If your pieces arrived damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Can you make custom Ring Sizes?

We can make any ring in any size. If there is a ring you are interest in purchasing in a specific size please contact our customer service team shop@issefinejewelry.com. Please note that custom orders are final sale and can take up to 6-8 to produce.

How do I book a Showroom Appointment?

You can book a showroom appointment here. Please note that all appointments require 24-hour notice.

Do you offer Gift Wrap?

All packages are delivered in isse special packaging. You can also include a gift message in the order notes at checkout. We ask that you kindly keep your message to 50 characters max.
